We’re a commercial janitorial company providing reliable, professional cleaning for luxury high-rise condominium buildings, office buildings, schools and commercial services.
We’re hiring a Business Development Associate to help us grow our footprint specifically through property management and ownership relationships.
This role is for someone who:
- Likes building relationships with decision-makers.
- Can communicate professionally and consistently.
- Understands that property management is built on trust + follow-through.
- Doesn’t mind outbound calls, emails, and visiting buildings.
- Wants to earn more by producing more.
You’ll be introducing our services to property managers and facilities teams who manage:
- High-rise condominium building associations
- Multi-tenant office buildings
- Office parks
- Schools
- Marble floor restoration
Ideal Candidate:
Must-Have:
- Strong communication skills.
- Comfortable with outreach + follow-up.
- Organized and able to manage multiple prospects.
- Professional, dependable, and persistent.
- Experience in sales.
- Big plus experience selling property management services.
